Oak Hill Members: Oak Hill Pool remains a wonderful hidden gem for Ralston residents and those from outside of Ralston that have also grown to love our little community pool. As most of you know this past season was a little rough for our pool. We seemed to be in a constant battle with algae in the diving pool and issues with our aging filter system that we are struggling to get replacement parts for. These issues along with a continued decrease in memberships have put the future of the pool in jeopardy. At the moment we do not have the funds needed to open the pool next year. We are working on getting ways for donations to be made that can hopefully be tax deductible for those wishing and able to help out. If you are interested in helping with these efforts, please email the pool and someone from the board will be in contact with you. Our goal is to raise $25,000 to make repairs, and open for the 2025 season. We recently had an engineering company stop out at the pool to help assess our issues and options moving forward, along with the costs associated with these repairs and updates. This report is currently being worked on and when we receive the final report, we will have a Board Meeting to discuss findings and decide how we can best move forward. We appreciate our members and thank you for your participation as we continue to work to keep the pool going. We are still working on a date and time for an all members meeting to discuss the future of the pool and nominate new board members and positions. We will get that date out to you via email and our Facebook page as soon as possible.
